Admin and social tools
Authorized staff use a password-protected admin area to manage site content and, when connected, to publish to our Facebook Page. Admin login uses secure authentication cookies. If Facebook is connected, we store Page access tokens and related publishing data needed to operate our social management tools. These features are not available to public visitors.

- Meta (Facebook) — when our team connects a Facebook Page through our admin tools, subject to Meta's own privacy policy
- Anthropic — AI-assisted caption drafting in our admin social tools; event descriptions and media context may be processed to generate suggested post text
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep the site functioning, including session cookies for admin login. We may store your light/dark theme preference locally in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect admin login and certain site preferences.

We retain contact inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage our business relationship, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Admin and social publishing records are retained while the related tools remain in use.
